1. Trader's License (or) Export & Import License.
2. Letter from Sudanese company giving description of the business activities of the company, giving full particulars such as name, passport number, place and date of issue of passport of the person who is being recommended for issue of visa and indicating the period for which the person is required to stay in India. The letter should also confirm that the individual or the company will be responsible for the expenses of the individual while he is in India.
3. Letter of Invitation from the India company giving brief description of the business activities of the company, particulars of the person invited and details of his travel documents.
4. Business/ visiting card of the applicant

2.Bank Statement in the name of the applicant (in English)
3.Letter from the employer bearing details of the person such as the post he holds, the purpose of his visit and the period for which he requires the visa
