Procedures for filling up the online form:

Visit the website https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/

Complete the form by following the instructions on the website and filling in all the details in the application form.

After completing the form, save it and get a printout.

Sign the printout and submit a copy of printed Online Application Form along with passport, photo and relevant fee at the Outsourcing agency of your jurisdiction.

For getting help in filling up the online form, you can see the German translation of the form by visiting the webpage http://www.indischebotschaft.de/pdf/Visa-form-sample.pdf. The date entered in the German translated page cannot be saved or printed out.

A minimum time of 73 hours will be taken for processing the Visa applications. The Embassy requests from applicants to refrain from queries regarding their visa applications during this fixed time period.

Consular surcharge of Euro 2.00 is charged on all consular services including visa.
