Venezuela Visa Information
General Information:

Applicants must fill the online visa application form with effect from October 2013. No handwritten applications will be accepted by The Embassy of India, Caracas. For filling up the form, visit the website www.indianvisaonline.gov.in

The form must be filled only in English language.

All the applicants must appear for their biometric procedures at the embassy for submission of documents required for visa application.

Applicants must upload their digital photos on the online forms. Forms without uploaded digital photos will be rejected.

The applicant must complete the form, save the form, print it, sign it and submit it to the Consular Section of the Embassy in person along with the passport, all the required documentations including two recent photographs of dimensions 2”X2” (5.08X5.08 cm) and Biometric finger prints and Visa fees between 9.00 to 11.30 hours on any working day.

The applicant must fill a separate visa form, if he/she ifs travelling with a child, even if name of the child is included in the passport of the applicant.

When the applicant submits his/her online application form, he/she cannot make any further modifications. Therefore, the applicants must be cautious and careful while submitting the details before submitting the form. Any form with false information will be rejected instantly.

Applicants must save the File Number for further communications. The File number will be generated instantly when the online form is submitted.

Applicants must hold a Passport with a validity of at least 6 months and a minimum of 3 blank pages.

Applicants will be provided with the new machine readable visa sticker which makes entry into India valid. The sticker will not contain any stamp or signatures from the Embassy.
